Producer- I would make an okay producer because I am generally pretty good at keeping a schedule as well as being organized, but I'm not very good with numbers so I don't think I could monitor a budget very well.
Director- I would not make a good director because sometimes I lack creativity and I also am not very good at being calm when I'm in charge of multiple tasks; therefore I think I would get way too overwhelmed and stressed to be a good director.
Cinematographer- I would be an okay cinematographer as long as I knew how to work the camera well and I has somebody helping me come up with cool shots, because like I said before, I'm not the most creative person.
Editor- I would make a good editor because once I have all of the clips in front of me I generally am pretty good at piecing them together in a way that flows. I also enjoy the challenge of making not-so-good clips good. I also enjoy being able to change things after getting opinions of what i have edited.
Project Manager- I would not make a good project manager because I don't do well in situations where I have to take charge because I am more of an introverted person, and being in charge of lots of things puts me outside of my comfort zone.

Story Versus Plot
If someone were to ask me what I think the definition of plot and story are I would say that plot is a series of events that show cause and effect, and story is a series of events that show a beginning, middle, and end. So after reading the article of Martin Scorsese breaking down the difference between story and plot I do agree with what he had to say. To be honest I never really thought about what the difference between plot and story are until now, but I did have to think a lot to come to an answer. I definitely agree that story and plot are both equally important and that you can't have one without the other.

eMagine
The eCommunication program is all about web design, graphic design, animation, and video production. eMagine is a media festival held at Olathe Northwest High School. Students can enter their designs and then those creations will be analyzed by judges. There are many different categories that students can enter their work into such as documentaries, short films, vector graphics, etc. The top five entries will be shown at Olathe Northwest and the 1st place winner will recieve an award. All year long students work on their creations and learn about how they can improve. At Olathe Northwest freshmen and sophomores get to try out web design, graphic design, video production, and animation. By their junior and senior year students will have chosen which one of the strands they would like to pursue full time. eComm allows students to use programs on the computer that they may not have acess to at home as well as learn about multiple different programs to help them create their own designs.

Nerman Art Museum Visit
Before heading to the Nerman Art Museum we had the privilege of getting a brief tour of the Art and Technology building at Johnson County Community College.
This piece of art at the Nerman Museum caught my attention because of all the intricate details and the bright colors that were used. I absolutely loved the color scheme that was used in this art piece.
My all time favorite pieces of art at the Nerman Museum were the light up pieces created by Dylan Mortimer. I thought that these pieces were very fun and creative as well as very unique.
